  Very insensitive during a very emotional time for the family with a sudden death when we went to make arrangements. Then they had the wrong prayer and picture for the prayer cards. There was a wonderful gentleman who I feel should be recommended and the only reason they have a star. He was the one who was with the family during the wakes and before the funeral, he was very sensitive, caring, attentive and empathetic. He should be the one running the funeral home and especially talking to the families that are making the arrangements.

  I put awey my mother father and sister years ago and they did a wonderful job Lee Wes very good when I needed them I don't have one bad thing about them keep up your fine work and God bless you all love Robert mccracken
